Refund policy

Free returns within 15 days

You can request a return within 15 days after your item is delivered. Pacefield pays the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email pacefieldshopsup@pac.shop.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping at our expense. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can arrange the correct destination and transport.

Include the product and supplied accessories, and pack it securely for transport. Keep the original packaging where possible.

Refunds

After receiving and checking your return, we will confirm the refund by email and refund the returned item to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Return shipping and restocking fees will not be deducted.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a return or resolve it with you. Photos can help us identify the problem. We cover the return shipping cost.
